Every project has a story. Below are some of our favorite builds, documented from start to finish. The process, the challenges, and the final result.
Everything you see here is actual work, completed on real homes and businesses across Lancaster County. No stock photos. No staging. Just projects we are proud to share.
A complete teardown and rebuild of an aging aluminum sunroom. From demolition of the original structure to pouring the foundation, framing the walls, raising the roof, and finishing the interior. Every phase executed in-house by a single crew.
An aging curved-glass aluminum sunroom, beginning to fail. The client wanted a permanent, year-round space in its place.
Careful demolition of the aluminum shell, preserving the existing tile floor and foundation slab where possible.
Clean stone-faced foundation prepped, existing tile floor protected, ready for framing.
Pressure-treated sill plates set, walls framed square and plumb. The concrete saw cuts clean edges for the transitions.
Protex building wrap installed for a proper air and moisture barrier before exterior finish work begins.
Custom rafters cut and set, tying the new addition cleanly into the existing roofline.
Interior framed and sheathed, ceiling joists up, windows cut. The original tile floor stays protected throughout.
Green lap siding, white trim, new picture windows. Weather-tight and matching the main house.
Finished drywall, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and new sliding doors. A year-round living space, turnkey.
A dated kitchen reimagined as a bright, modern space. New cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, updated lighting, and refined ceiling details. Every surface addressed.
Insurance restoration work inside a commercial kitchen following fire damage. Careful demolition of charred framing and drywall in an active facility, preparing for full rebuild with our crew working around the space.
Every project we take on is eventually documented on Instagram. Process shots, before-and-after comparisons, finished builds, and the occasional on-site problem solved in real time.
